Katie Guyon, KEG’s principal designer, is an independent leader with an infectious enthusiasm for architectural design and development. She is based in Denver, Colorado, and is a fully licensed architect in all 50 states. She specializes in retail and commercial tenant improvement all over the country. She is responsible for the design, documentation, and permitting for national brands on their commercial roll outs. Katie has an aptitude for inspiring buildings and atmospheres, great food, and meeting people from all walks of life.
